LinkFliQ is a product owned and operated by FliqMedia Tech Pvt. Ltd. and is independent of Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc.

• User – Any person or organization using LinkFliQ.

• Creator – An individual automating DMs or replies for content engagement.

• Brand – A business using LinkFliQ to manage customer and follower communication.

• Agency – A professional entity managing multiple creators or brands on LinkFliQ.

• Automation – Automated actions such as sending or replying to DMs and messages through Meta’s official API.

• Personal Data – Any information that identifies or can identify a User directly or indirectly.

3. What Personal Data We Collect

We collect information necessary to deliver our automation services safely and effectively.

From All Users:

• Full name, business name, and email address.

• Login information (via Meta authentication).

• Country, time zone, and preferred language.

• Account connection data from Instagram via Meta API (such as user ID, page ID, and permissions).

From Platform Usage:

• Message activity and engagement analytics.

• DM automation triggers and campaign statistics.

• Account connection and error logs (for debugging and optimization).

From Subscriptions:

• Billing information and transaction records (via secure payment processors).

• Communication preferences (e.g., newsletters or updates).

4. How We Use Your Data

LinkFliQ uses your data to:

• Authenticate and connect your Instagram account via Meta’s official API.

• LinkFliQ does not access or store your Instagram password.

5. Meta & API Data Permissions

When connecting your Instagram or Facebook account to LinkFliQ:

• Data is accessed using Meta’s Graph API and used strictly for approved automation purposes.

• Data includes: account ID, username, profile picture, follower interactions, and message thread access (for automated replies).

• All data remains within Meta’s secure ecosystem and is processed only after your explicit consent during login (OAuth authentication).

• You can revoke LinkFliQ’s access anytime from your Meta Business Integrations settings.

6. Payment Data

• Payments are handled by trusted third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, Razorpay).

• We do not store credit card or banking information.

• Only minimal billing identifiers are retained for invoices, refunds, or legal compliance.

7. Cookies and Tracking
